Shipping/Returns

After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please note, this email may be located in your spam folder if this is the first time you are ordering from us. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us with your order number. 

 All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any item. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products, description, and production time before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send us an email at Info@LEFineJewelry.com with any prior questions or concerns. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at Info@LEFineJewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. 

All shipping rates, domestic and international, are calculated at checkout. Signature is required for delivery! We always recommend insuring your package for the total value of the package. International orders: There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

LE Fine Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost in transit, theft or damage. Please make sure your address is entered correctly upon checkout. Please contact us within 24 hours if your shipping address is incorrect so we can make the appropriate changes before your order is shipped.  

Each piece has a specific lead time. In stock pieces may take 2-5 business days for shipping. Out of stock and made to order pieces may take up to 1-8 weeks to be fulfilled (depending on the piece), but it is possible for you to receive your order before the allotted time. If you are interested in purchasing a specific piece, we can give you a lead time estimate for that piece. If you need your jewelry by a specific date we can always work with you to check timeline of a piece. We keep more popular pieces in stock. Please contact us if you have questions regarding production times. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Fine jewelry is worth the wait, we promise!

Product Information

All of our jewelry is handmade and made to order in the US. We strive for quality and excellence and are proud to keep our manufacturing within the US.

All of our jewelry is 18k or 14k solid gold. We only use genuine diamonds, and offer the choice of natural or lab grown diamonds. Our fine jewelry collection is almost entirely natural diamonds, unless otherwise stated.

We love working on custom pieces! Please visit our LE Atelier and fill out our custom order form to get started on the process. We do custom pieces in all price ranges!

For all repair inquiries, please email us at Info@LEFineJewelry.com. Please include your name and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote.

We will then be able to provide you with a timeline estimate for repair completion. We are a full service jeweler, so no repair is too small!

All of our jewelry is solid gold and will only require periodic cleaning and polishing. It will never tarnish or corrode.

General

We offer financing! Buy now, pay later with Afterpay. We are so excited to make fine jewelry more accessible to you. The best part? No interest payments! This applies to engagement rings as well.

We suggest you have your diamond jewelry inspected regularly. Along with this, we highly recommend getting an insurance plan for your diamond jewelry to make sure it is repaired or replaced, if needed. Jewelry can be fragile, so it is always best to insure!
