All of our pieces are made-to-order and handmade in the US. Due to this, we are not able to offer returns. However, if there is ever any issue with your order, we will work with you to come to a solution! Please contact us with any questions - Info@lefinejewelry.com
Shipping
Your order will ship from Dallas, Texas. If you are local, please let us know and we can arrange local delivery or pick-up. For domestic shipping, we ship via UPS 2nd day with insurance and signature required. If you have a carrier preference, please let us know before your order ships.
Lead Times
Our pieces are made-to-order. Due to this, lead times may vary. We typically stock our best-selling pieces. If you are needing a piece by a certain date, please let us know!
Care
Your LE Fine Jewelry piece is handmade using 14k solid gold. Our pieces are never hollow. We recommend caring for your piece using our jewelry cleaner and avoiding contact with lotions, chemicals, chlorine, etc. to prevent damage to your stones and gold. If you have any questions regarding the care of your piece, please contact us.

Once your made-to-order piece is ready to ship, we typically ship via UPS 2nd day, unless otherwise noted by the client. All jewelry orders will ship with insurance and signature required. If you need us to ship your order by a certain date, please let us know.
